Pre-meal elixir

This elixir is perfect to have before a meal as it will get your digestive juices flowing, setting the system for a better digestion. I usually make it when I am planning on eating out since it allows me to feel less hungry when I get to the restaurant.

Ingredients:

  • 8  tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh ginger peeled and minced, 2 inches

  • 4 tablespoons of raw honey

  • Filtered water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a large mason jar and shake well.  Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

When ready to serve pour 4 oz over ice and sparkling water.  

Serve before a meal!

It keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days.
