Chocolate strawberry coconut butter cups
Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Butter Cups, Vegan and Paleo.
These cups are stuffed with healthy ingredients!

Ingredients:
Strawberry cream filling
6 strawberries
1/2 cup coconut butter
1 tbsp. of pure maple syrup
Chocolate Coating
4 tbsp. cacao powder
3 tbsp. coconut oil
4 fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
In a small sauce pan on low heat melt coconut oil add cacao powder stir.
Spoon chocolate mixture into a paper- lined muffin tin, about 1 teaspoon per cup. Use the back of a spoon to gently press the chocolate up the sides of the liners, making sure the bottom is evenly covered. Repeat for all 12 liners, then let it freeze 10 minutes.
Place strawberries, coconut butter and maple syrup into a food processor, blend until smooth.
Spoon about 1/2 tsp of the strawberry coconut butter mixture until all the mixture is spread evenly. Flatten slightly.
Cover with 1 1/2 tsp of chocolate to coat. Place a fresh sliced strawberry on top, then freeze for about 10 minutes.
