Seaweed smoked salmon wrap

Seaweed Smoked Salmon Wrap is an quick, easy, and nutritious lunch!

The sea plant has a ton of health benefits, from vitamin A and C to iodine and a nutrient that’s tough to find in most other foods.  Depending on the kind you choose, it can also be a good source of calcium, amino acids, and potassium.

Seaweed wraps are a great ways to add more nutrients to your lunch and are Paleo and AIP friendly!

Serving 4 wraps

Ingredients:

4 oz of smoked Alaskan salmon (you can replace with canned salmon or tuna)

4-6 nori seaweed wraps

1 cucumber thinly sliced

1 avocado sliced

2 carrots thinly sliced (or shredded carrots)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 sea salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon and salt together in a bowl

  2. Lay smoked salmon on nori wraps, top with veggies

  3. Drizzle olive oil mix on veggies and the roll into a cone shape

  • Note: Seasoning is optional (olive oil, lemon and salt)
