Grass-fed butter bombs
Grass-fed fat bombs are the tastiest way to get more butter in your diet. Grass-fed butter is a nutrient dense food and unless you have a dairy allergy, you should be including it in your diet everyday!
Ingredients
1 pound salted grass-fed butter
1/4 cup honey (raw, local is best)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Allow butter to soften on the counter until it’s slightly squishy.
Add butter, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla to the food processor. Process for a couple of minutes to mix ingredients and achieve slightly whipped taste.
Spoon butter mixture in to silicone molds, or line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then spoon dollops of butter mixture on to parchment paper.
Freeze for an hour or two, then remove from parchment paper or molds and store in the freezer. Enjoy!
