Why chia pudding is a breakfast for champions

Chia seeds are packed full of nutrientsomega 3 fatty acidsmagnesiumcalcium and potassium, high in antioxidants, and protein.  They are also a great source of fiber.  In order to absorb all of the nutrients from this powerful seed, they should be soaked for 3-4 hours before consuming.

The nutrients from chia seeds benefit our skin, brain health, strengthen bones, build muscleboost energy and metabolism. Chia seeds are a great addition to your diet!

Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup of cut fruit of choose

  • Sprinkle with nuts

Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight in refrigerator.  If it’s too thick add more coconut milk, coconut water or water.  Add fruit and nuts.  Enjoy!
