Why chia pudding is a breakfast for champions
Chia seeds are packed full of nutrients: omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, calcium and potassium, high in antioxidants, and protein. They are also a great source of fiber. In order to absorb all of the nutrients from this powerful seed, they should be soaked for 3-4 hours before consuming.

Recipe
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup of cut fruit of choose
Sprinkle with nuts
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight in refrigerator. If it’s too thick add more coconut milk, coconut water or water. Add fruit and nuts. Enjoy!
